Contract manufacturing

On the basis of customer drawings and documentation we shall produce on our CNC machines special boxes, cases, cabinets, covers, instrument panels, racks, housings, enclosures, brackets and other sheet metal parts and products.
The offered operations and processing we proceed on our CNC machines:

• Sheet metal processing on CNC laser machines and punching / stamping machines
• Bending or folding by CNC press brakes
• Welding, spot- welding and plasma welding
• Application of pressing and welding components
• Subsequent mounting and assembly of devices and products

All the mentioned products are produced mainly from mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum and all up to the max material thickness 6 mm.

In cooperation we further provide:
 
Surface finishing – painting according to RAL colour atlas
Galvanization – Zn, Sn, chromating, Ni, Cr, Ag, Au, Eloxal coating
Printing – silk screen printing, tampoprint
